International Customer Success Manager

Over past 2 months we have hired 2 awesome CSM's and due to our growth we need another team member to handle some of our largest global customers. Therefore we are looking for a growth focused International Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team at Helsinki HQ. 

You will be owning the strategic relationship with our customers internationally. You will grow your customer portfolio by helping your customers to realize business change and value by acting as a trusted adviser, consultant, partner and Smarp product expert.

You are definitely the one we are looking for if you:

  • Have experience and proven success in one or more of the following (ideally all!) customer relationship management, B2B sales, customer success, account operations, consulting (Enterprise SaaS, digital media/communications/social media is a plus)
  • Are an outstanding relationship builder, with excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
  • Have managed, maintained and developed customer relationships within enterprise and matrix organisations
  • Have helped customers realize a new vision and adopt business change
  • Own your work, the results you deliver and you are happy juggling multiple tasks and priorities - you have exceptional time management skills
  • Possess creativity, spontaneity and ability to learn and adjust on the go - you are an expert problem solver
  • Are detail oriented with a passion for technology and change
  • Have great teamwork skills and willingness to have fun!

As our newest Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Be the one taking care of the smooth start and ongoing customer relationship once a company has decided to partner with Smarp
  • Develop a deep understanding of Smarp’s technology and create best practice for your customers
  • Take responsibility of your customer portfolio, customer satisfaction and success, churn, renewals, growth and scaling of customer programs
  • Work closely with our management, sales, marketing, technical and product team to improve the Smarp product and our processes - you are the voice of the customer
  • Develop creative and scalable solutions and best practice to drive customer success and value

What to expect from the recruitment process:

We are looking for the most suitable people to join Smarp; we want it to be a match from both sides! We want to give you as much information and glimpses of life here at Smarp as possible. You’ll get to meet many Smarpers during the process, get to know our product and our culture. The process for this role looks like this:

  1. Possible phone/Skype call with our talent acquisition team
  2. First interview with the hiring manager/team
  3. Second interview with the hiring manager/team/presentation
  4. Third interview with one of our founders

We believe that without our people, Smarp would only be a bunch of laptops - and that’s why it’s super important to find talented professionals who fit our culture. We like spending time together; laughter and chatting can be heard every day at the office and we want to keep it that way.
